This access point is just north of the old City Mill Dam which is now the rapid known as Gooder'n Grits. Parking is limited but there are 20 spots. If the gate on the ramp is locked, it is easy to walk around. Bathrooms are located at this location too. We have heard of instances where cars were broken into.
